Revenue Management Association
Mentor Program
We are proud to announce that expressions of interest are now open for our inaugural mentor program.
The Opportunity
The program aims to introduce emerging leaders within the Victorian Local Government Revenue and Rating sector to the industries more experienced leaders.
Local governments face increasing challenges in supporting employee wellbeing while managing competing priorities and limited budgets. The need for cost-effective, high-impact solutions has never been greater. In response, PukaUp has been invited by the Revenue Management Association to present a structured, affordable, and impactful wellbeing initiative tailored specifically for local government agencies and their employees.
This opportunity includes a 12-month virtual wellbeing program starting in July 2025. Four expert-led, 60-minute sessions will be delivered quarterly, and each session is designed to provide employees with valuable insights and practical strategies for improving mental health, fostering resilience, and enhancing workplace engagement. The initiative provides a scalable and sustainable approach to workplace mental health, ensuring that all employees can participate regardless of location or role within the council.
Further information regarding the program can be found here.
