The 2026 conference is fast approaching, while the agenda is still being developed, registrations are now available.
We have already confirmed some speakers and look forward to hearing from the Department of Government Services on the new Ministerial Guidelines, Local Government Victoria on the rate cap mechanism review, Maddocks will talk us through rates exemptions and social housing and the Public Land Consultancy will give us a rundown on what Crown Land really is.
As with our recent conferences, sessions will begin Wednesday and continue until Friday afternoon.

A corporate membership allows for 2 representatives to attend the conference events.
We will again be partnering with a local charity and will be providing a donation to them in lieu of gifts to our speakers.
Our 2026 chosen charity is 'Food is Free Inc.' who are a Ballarat not for profit organisation who provide food security for the disadvantaged, educational services and promote community inclusion.
