Event Registration and Cancellation Policy:


The RMA is a member, not for profit association and all money generated is used to develop quality professional development activities and services. Our events and programs are budgeted on a minimum number of attendees so providing us with sufficient notice regarding non-attendance is imperative to the success of all our events.


Cancellations:

Where a substitute delegate cannot be appointed, the following will apply for any cancellations:

• Prior to registration closing: full refund and/or transfer available.

• After registration closing: no refund. Nominee transfer available for withdrawals only where a substitute is advised.


*A substitute delegate is encouraged to attend in place of a cancellation.

All cancellations and substitutes must be received in writing by RMA to [email protected]


Non Attendance:

Where a delegate does not attend an event that they have registered for, a non attendance fee may be payable as determined by the RMA committee.


Late Registration:

Where a delegate submits a registration to attend an event later than the advised registration cut off date, a late registration fee may be payable as determined by the RMA committee.


Non attendance/cancelation and late registration fees:

These fees are set by the RMA committee on a cost recovery basis.
